20/05/06: Hearld goes in deep... and will have a three page special on our very own Steg G and the Freestyle Master. Freestyle Master said; "There has been a lot of buzz surrounding the new album, The Herald picked up on the promo and decided they wanted to do a feature".

15/05/06: Welcome to the badlands... Ep with Steg G. Cad said "recordings going real well right now. I know exactly where i'm going with this record and Steg's on the same page with this shit. Its been hard waiting for my time, Ive had my idea for the Badlands for a while now so its dope that theeres a release date in site".

01/05/06: Dark Rumors Live - Bongo Club, Edinburgh... Mr. Jinx presents a night packed with home-grown talent. DJ First-rate on the decks with live support is in the form of Powercut's latest signing, Dark Rumorsl. They will be joined on stage by Steg G and Freestyle Master.

01/05/06: Dark Rumors sign to Powercut...Dark Rumors have made an impact on the UK Hip-Hop scene and have been impressing many people along the way, none more so than the team at Powercut Productions, who recently signed them to the label. Jay large said: "There are a lot of new artists breaking through with some great music, but the thing which struck us about Dark Rumors, was not only the strong sound, but also the work-rate and ethics these guys put in to promoting themselves."

24/04/06: And sadly... After many years working and releasing material together Powercut are sad to announce that Damaged Goodz are no longer part of the labels roster. We wish Beejay every success for the future. A label spokesperson said “The decision was amicable between both parties involved, everyone at Powercut knows exactly what Damaged Goodz did in both recording and pushing the label forward, his mark has been imbedded in Powercut and his efforts and music will be missed”.

20/03/06: Steg G back with the Fam... Powercut Productions DJ / Producer Steg G has announced his return to New York has been brought forward from September to July 2006. As he heads over to the Big apple to strengthen his connections with Hip-Hop act, Gridlock Fam. Steg said: "This is purely a business trip, I've got some projects to do with the Gridlock Fam and it is also about promoting the label and the new albums, while over there. We are also making some connections with the mix-tape DJ's and hope to break into some of that market".

13/01/06: Bare lyrics, pure style... Steg G and Freestyle Master alonside Damaged Goodz and Cad ripped up the show at a sold out gig at Basura Blanca in Glasgow's merchant city.
